  • cold unsalted butter
    1 stick
  • flour
  • garlic powder
    1/8 tsp
  • ground black pepper

    Place chicken wings on a baking sheet. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

    In a bowl, combine Frank's hot sauce , vegetable oil , and flour .

    Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture.

    In a saucepan , combine Frank's Louisiana hot sauce , cold unsalted butter , white vinegar , Worcestershire sauce , Tabasco sauce , cayenne pepper , and garlic powder .
